Light dust rolling pin and roll dough out into a 18" tall x 24" wide rectangle. Place dough on floured counter top and knead in flour until it is no longer tacky, just a minute or two.Dough should be tacky when you pull it out of the mixer, not sticky. Add more flour a tablespoon at a time as needed, if bread is too sticky to come together. Knead for 3-5 minutes until the dough comes together in one ball. *It should look like the 'head' of a beer poured too quickly and smell yeasty. Pour beer into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook (see cooks note if you do not have a stand mixer), sprinkle yeast over top, add sugar and stir.Line a 13"x19" baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle clean counter top with ¼ cup flour. In a small bowl beat egg and a tablespoon of water, set aside.Serve these parathas with Ketchup, ranch or any other favorite dip of your choice.Prepare bacon, ground beef and sausage links. Also I have used mozzarella cheese but as a substitute you can also use other cheese of your choice. I did not add any chilly flakes as I made it for kids but if you like spicy you can add some chilly flakes in the stuffing. You can make these pizza parathas in any combinations of shape and filling. Sometimes I make normal pizza which is with yeast and baked in oven and sometimes this Pizza paratha. I sometimes make Stove top pizza – that is no yeast pizza made on pan or tawa. We have pizza night often of Fridays with some nice movie, some family games and fun. I love this pizza paratha recipe as it is quicker than making pizza (does not need any fermentation), it is healthier (as it is made with whole wheat flour) and amazingly delicious. My kids love pizza and I mostly prefer making fresh homemade pizza at home.
